One of my highlights of 2025 was getting married. I had three wedding events across 2 locations and it was such a beautiful season for me to celebrate with my loved ones. Our wedding day was honestly such a perfect day. I often find myself going back to scroll through the million pictures and videos from that day, wanting to relive it over and over.

However, this perfect day was preceded by extreme overwhelm and stress when I first started wedding planning. There was so much to do, in such limited time, many decisions to make, and many people and opinions to consider, while still working full-time, trying to stay healthy, and making sure other parts of your life don’t suffer.
As I made progress with wedding planning, I started putting together tools and techniques to make the process so much easier for me and I even started to have fun. These tools helped me structure my thoughts, have a holistic view of all the moving parts, and gave me clarity on what to do per time.
Today, I have decided to share this wedding planning toolkit with you.
This toolkit is a collection of 7 great resources that helped me navigate wedding planning seamlessly. The first resource is an e-book that encompasses the entire wedding planning process. It is a comprehensive guide to help you along each step of the way. In addition to that, I have included six templates that you can customize, edit, and tailor to your wedding needs specifically. These are actionable templates with specific steps for you to take in different areas of wedding planning. You can use these on your phone, computer, or even printed out, if you prefer hard-copy workbooks. You can get this toolkit here.
Let’s explore what’s in the toolkit together
- Your Dream Wedding Playbook: This is a wedding planning guide that explains how to begin wedding planning, where to start from, what to look out for when booking vendors, how to navigate stress, family, money management during wedding planning, bonus tips to help you, and even some mistakes from my personal wedding planning journey.
- Wedding Binder Template: This template was created to bring everything together in one calm, organized place. It is an all-inclusive document containing all details about guest logistics, wedding party roles and schedules, event timelines, contact persons, vendor list, music and photography shot lists, as well as packing lists, so that details don’t get lost in multiple chats, screenshots, across different apps.
- Wedding Timeline Template: The first question many newly engaged couples ask is where do I begin? This Wedding Timeline Template answers that question. I have broken down the different steps to take once you begin wedding planning with ways for you to track progress as you go.
- Wedding Vendor Tracking & Budget Management Template: This template gives you a clear view of where/how your money is being allocated, how on track you are with your budget, and also helps you to keep track of all vendor timelines and deliverables.
- Wedding Asoebi & Wedding Party Experience Template: This was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. I put together the Wedding Asoebi Experience Template to easily share information with your wedding party, assign roles, and coordinate the people that’ll be by your side on your wedding day.
- Wedding Packing List & Emergency Kit Template: Instead of stressing last-minute about what to pack for your wedding, this Wedding Packing List & Emergency Kit Template provides a comprehensive list of what the couple, wedding party, and guests need to pack for the wedding, so they don’t forget anything.
- Wedding Vendor Email Template: This is a concise template with sample emails and DMs you can use in reaching out to vendors and following up. This helps give you a jump start, without having to figure out what to say to a potential vendor during initial enquiry.
I hope these resources are helpful to a recent bride or groom-to-be. They were my pillars when planning my wedding and made my life so much easier and better organized throughout the entire process.
If you’re in the wedding planning season, you’re not alone. Take it one day at a time and use these resources (wink wink) I’ve shared above to make the process a fun one for you! Please feel free to ask any questions in the comments and share this with someone in their wedding planning phase.
Thank you for reading.
